Wealthsimple - Backend Software Developer

Tech requirements:

• Experience with Java/Kotlin/JVM.
• Experience building and operating services that are low latency and highly available.
• Experience with GraphQL and Kafka (this is a nice to have).

Inflight provides an API that allows reservations of assets at Wealthsimple. For every client activity -- buying, selling, moving money or assets around -- reservations are essential to ensure the client has the assets to support the activity. Along with this, Inflight also provides a real-time view of the assets a client owns. The service the team supports is crucial to Wealthsimple's business.
