What they want you to do:

This role is pivotal in leveraging our Salesforce platform to its fullest potential, driving innovation, and supporting our GTM strategies. Rewind is looking for a candidate who is not only technically proficient but also strategically minded to help shape the future of our CRM initiatives.

As a Salesforce Administrator at Rewind, you will own and spearhead the revitalization and strategic re-architecture of our existing Salesforce CRM platform.

This critical role is designed for a forward-thinking professional skilled in enhancing CRM functionalities and streamlining processes to support our go-to-market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Partnerships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust ability to balance technical acumen with business insight, ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem is optimized to meet the evolving needs of our team.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for our existing Salesforce environment, focusing on a comprehensive revamp and re-architecture to enhance efficiency and utility.
  • Collaborate closely with GTM teams to understand their needs and integrate Salesforce solutions that support business objectives, including automation of processes and improved data management.
  • Lead the audit of the current Salesforce setup to identify areas for improvement, streamline operations, and ensure the platform's architecture supports scalability and business growth.
  • Design and implement a strategic plan for the Salesforce platform, including custom apps, objects, and workflows, to improve the GTM teams' performance and productivity.
  • Manage all administrative functions of Salesforce, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Oversee the data imported into the system, maintaining clean and duplicate-free records, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Conduct regular system audits, prepare for upgrades, and manage Salesforce data feeds and integrations with a keen eye on data integrity and security.
  • Act as the go-to expert for Salesforce users. Facilitate training sessions, create documentation, and support staff in adopting new functionalities to ensure high user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed of new Salesforce features and functionalities to provide recommendations for process improvements.
