- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and applying feedback to designs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and designing intuitive interfaces. As a UI/UX Designer at QuackDials, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall design and user journey of our parallel/power dialer platform. You will collaborate closely with our product team to understand user needs, conduct research, and translate findings into compelling design solutions. Your work will directly impact our customers' success and contribute to the growth of our SaaS startup.

- Work closely with the COO & CTO to understand user requirements, goals, and pain points.
