Lululemon - Technology Manager – Business to Business Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• 8+ years of experience working in information technology
• 3+ years of experience in directly leading and developing cloud-based technology deliverables
• Experience supporting AWS software development teams and initiatives
• Proven experience (3+ years) of leading large scale, cross-functional, global initiatives across different time zones.
• Strong understanding of B2B technology solutions, including ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and integration technologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities

We are looking for a seasoned technology leader to support the B2B technology team. In this influential role you will closely collaborate with business and product partners to shape and deliver the team's roadmap and technology vision. You will manage a team of 30 people, with a mix of contractors & full time employees.

• Provide vision and leadership to deliver best-in-class B2B technology solutions aligned with lululemon’s business objectives 
• Partner with business, product management, and technology teams to understand business needs and drive technology solutions
• Oversee the delivery of B2B technology initiatives ensuring they meet functional requirements and are delivered on time and budget
• Continuously monitor and optimize B2B technology solutions and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Lead and grow a team of skilled engineers, architects, and analysts through empathy and people-centric approach 
• Inspires and motivates the team to grow and achieve personal and collective team goals
• Promotes engineering best practices and ensure teams are following and adopting enterprise standards for well architected, secure, robust and resilient applications
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring effective partnerships and optimal service delivery
