- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or other related field or equivalent industry experience
- 3+ years Strong experience in Contact Center technologies (Salesforce service cloud a huge plus and Five9, Twilio, Oracle OSC, Snowflake, Verint, PCIPAL to name a few)
- 5+ years Proven experience as a Salesforce Release Manager
- 3+ years In-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration, configuration, and deployment processes.
- 3+ years Experience using DevOps tools such as GitLab, Copado, Jenkins
- 3+ years Experience with YAML, Shell, Python languages.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of development, familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GitLab, Git,..) and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Experience with functional areas as it relates to integrations, pipeline management.
- Experience on one or more Data Deployment Tools - Data Loader, Workbench, Data Import Wizard etc.
