  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or other related field or equivalent industry experience
  • 3+ years Strong experience in Contact Center technologies (Salesforce service cloud a huge plus and Five9, Twilio, Oracle OSC, Snowflake, Verint, PCIPAL to name a few)
  • 5+ years Proven experience as a Salesforce Release Manager
  • 3+ years In-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration, configuration, and deployment processes.
  • 3+ years Experience using DevOps tools such as GitLab, Copado, Jenkins
  • 3+ years Experience with YAML, Shell, Python languages.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspects of development, familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GitLab, Git,..) and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with functional areas as it relates to integrations, pipeline management.
  • Experience on one or more Data Deployment Tools - Data Loader, Workbench, Data Import Wizard etc.

About this team 

The lululemon GEC Tech team manages crucial platforms for Guest Support (our contact center), aligning their work with business objectives and ensuring efficient project delivery. This team, comprised of both in-office and remote members, thrives on connection and collaboration. The team is responsible for a variety of systems supporting our Contact Center, with Salesforce Service Cloud playing a huge role. 

What they want you to do: 

As a Sr. Engineer I supporting Release Management on the GEC Technology Team, not only are you responsible for owning the release calendar for the contact center technical team, you understand and lead all the technical steps related to a Salesforce Service Cloud release, from DEV to Production.

You are very well versed in GitLab, Salesforce Service Cloud, Copado, Jenkins, and other CICD tools. You are able to own and manage the entire CICD pipeline for a technology team.

You lead the release calendar for other project teams, and can bring a concise view and risk assessments for all releases happening in the space, partnering with Engineers on different teams.

Responsibilities: 

  • Experience owning, creating and leading the Technology Release Calendar
  • Responsible for executing on Salesforce releases
  • Responsible for maintaining, updating, and improving CICD pipelines
  • Responsible for promoting changes through multiple different environments
  • Responsible for partnering with developers to resolve merge conflicts
  • Creating change tickets, getting approvals, and contributing to release activities
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
