  • BS / BA in technology related discipline or relevant industry experience
  • Minimum 8 years of real-world experience developing, deploying, scaling, and maintaining Sailpoint IIQ
  • Relevant industry experience is required, with prior experience developing solutions for retail or
  • eCommerce businesses.
  • Experience in integrations amongst cloud service providers (AWS / Azure), SaaS, & PaaS providers.
  • Able to design for specific security threat models and able to describe basic and advanced security and
  • compliance aspects of cloud platform primitives.
  • Be able to describe the key services of a given cloud platform and be able to select appropriately for
  • given use cases, e.g. compute, storage, analytics, etc. 
  • Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platform access management, and IAM tools such as EntraID, Sailpoint IIQ, password vaults, etc.
  • Well versed in evolving IAM and PAM technologies and capabilities
  • Fluent in IAM related threat vectors and acutely aware of evolving and emerging threats
  • Experience working globally aligning various country-specific and regional regulatory nuances
  • Familiarity with workstream tools such as Service Now, Jira, Confluence is a plus
  • Ability to deliver progressive evolution and maturity of various practices in a fast-paced environment
  • Well organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker and problem-solve
  • Collaborative team player, with a passion for progress and people

About this team

Lululemon’s technology services are modernizing, adopting leading-edge methodologies for many initiatives. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) program encompasses strategic planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of identity and access services across the global enterprise. We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Architect to join our team and design, mature, and drive our identity governance roadmap. The ideal candidate will be an improvement-driven problem-solver with a proven ability to engage and build healthy relationships between cross-functional areas to achieve continuous improvement. A passion for access governance and hardening control designs is key to the success of this role.

What they want you to do: 

As a Senior Architect II you support several delivery teams in the development of detailed solution roadmaps for a set of capabilities or logical groups of systems, services, or initiatives. You partner closely with engineers and management to ensure that implementation meets requirements and design expectations. You are proactive in reaching out to architects and leaders in teams with which your technology integrates and you drive results through strong cross-functional collaboration. You serve as the organization’s subject matter expert for capabilities in your portfolio and work actively within the Architecture Community of Practice.

  • In partnership with Senior Analysts, Senior Project Managers, Senior Product Owners, Senior Engineers, and other Architects, you provide leadership in defining project requirements and
  • success criteria along with guiding the design throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Participate and present at architecture design reviews.
  • Proactively align with key stakeholders, seek organizational context, and apply learnings to architecture
  • solutions; be comfortable supporting and communicating with diverse technical and business teams.
  • Take ownership of designs that span multiple capabilities.
  • Evaluate, document, and escalate alterations to future state architectures.
  • Communicates tradeoffs in different types of engineering and architecture processes and adjust your
  • teams’ processes to meet the needs of the projects and others on the teams
  • Contribute to the growth and strength of the architecture community of practice by actively attending &
  • presenting at community events, and mentoring / coaching other architects within their expertise.
  • Contribute, create, & maintain architecture patterns and practices within the responsible domain.
