- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 4+ years of related hands-on quality assurance/ analyst experience
- 2+ years of experience with Sailpoint IIQ continuous improvement cycles and/or processes is preferred
- Ability to independently buildout all testing documentation, processes, and criteria
- Competent in communicating with various stakeholders and levels of leadership
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within an Agile project
- Familiarity with Python, Java, JavaScript, and/or other programming languages is helpful
- Very organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker and problem-solver
- Collaborative team player of both IAM and cross-function teams
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
