What they want you to do:
As the Staff Engineer, you will be the lead engineer within the Identity Access Management (IAM) space for Fullscript. This position will include leading projects simultaneously, crafting the roadmap, auditing and ensuring the health of the domain, and hands-on engineering of IAM solutions.
You will work with the other technical leads and the other engineers on the product and security team to solve the problems of a fast-growing platform that has ever-growing demand day in and day out,, specifically our sign-up & login page and our OAuth flow.

What you'll do:
- Work as part of the IAM Engineering “pod” (a small team of full-stack engineers)
- Being involved in meetings to propose, discuss, and refine new features and functionality.
- Lead or coordinate the IAM team’s work and keep projects on schedule
- Identifying gaps in the current IAM process and suggesting improvements
- Serves as the organizational spokesperson for IAM-related activities
- Work with Tech Leads, Director of Engineering, Security, and Legal to maintain a quarterly view of defined, prioritized, and scoped work.
- Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions
- Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to take projects over the finish line
