We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our growing Data Science and Analytics team at Figment. This role is integral to our mission of harnessing data to drive informed decision-making and optimize our business processes. The Data Analyst will work closely with data scientists and other business units to analyze data, create reports, and deliver insights that directly impact our strategy and operations.
We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, dealing with uncertainty, and collaborating across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Data reporting and pipelining: Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting pipelines. Query databases and process data to support decision-making.
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Extract key insights and create visualizations to tell compelling data stories using our tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams like Engineering, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to deliver tailored data solutions.
- Understanding Business Needs: Engage with stakeholders to understand Figment's business needs and deliver solutions that elevate Figments operations
- Technical Skills: Writing clean, reliable code in the development of scalable solutions.
