•5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on labor relations, human resources, or workforce analytics.
•Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

•Experience working with labor agreements, collective bargaining processes, and labor-related data.

•Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Experience in building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for senior leadership.
•Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with legal and HR teams.
•Knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining, and workforce management (preferred).
