- 3 to 5 years’ experience in network engineering and documentation
- Knowledge of networking hardware, including routers and switches
- Working experience of Access Network preferable DOCSIS Technology
- Working experience in IP based network(Router, Switch, DHCP,DNS,IP Management)
- Knowledge of IP, including TCP, UDP, NATing, OSPF, and BGP
- Working Experience of programming, scripting ( C, C++, java,python, shell)
- Expert level capabilities within the Microsoft Office suite of tools, especially Excel and Visio
- Ability to support a team of network engineers and client accounts in the network transformation effort.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation of network environments.
- Respond to requests for technical information from Lead Engineers.
- Some knowledge of CMTS
