  • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrable experience in SAP implementation, with a preference for more than 1 full project lifecycles with TM, EM or SD, with a focus on logistics
  • Ability to manage business expectations and deliver effective solution
  • Experience in stakeholder management and maintaining constructive working relationships
  • SAP TM experience, specifically in areas like Forwarding Order Management, Transportation Charge Management, and Forwarding Settlement is an asset.
  • SAP EM or Fiori or integration with PO or EDI or Order Management and Pricing experience is helpful

What they want you to do: 

The Functional Analyst SAP TM accountable for gathering, understanding, detailing business processes, and the requirements and specifications needed to craft, recommend and implement solutions to improve those processes. You will design, test and deploy solutions based on SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM), SAP Event Management (SAP EM) and SAP Fiori Applications that will enable the organization to achieve its goals.

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Deliver Projects, Enhancements, and System Support across a complex and integrated landscape
  • Engage in the development and support of SAP TM, SAP EM, FIORI, and their custom-built functionality and interfaces, specifically utilizing SAP technical frameworks such as BOPF, FPM, FBI, BRF+, and AIF.
  • Apply a variety of techniques to elicit and gather business and user requirements from stakeholders and perform gap analysis.
  • Own the resolution of incidents and defects in SAP applications, leading troubleshooting efforts and keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Communicate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems to technical teams designing and implementing the solution. Assist with crafting user guides and training.
  • Write and document functional specifications, perform system configuration (SPRO), and build diagrams and models to detail functional requirements.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support 24x7 operations.
